Interlift 2025 in Nuremberg was a huge success for Mainteny! For four days, everything revolved around the future of the service and elevator industry – and we were right in the middle of it. Our booth was located directly opposite our partners at Elfin Technology, where together we proudly presented our new IoT integration. This takes equipment monitoring to the next level.

Experiencing Digitalization in Elevator Service

Interlift was the meeting place for everyone looking to digitalize elevator service and make their processes future-ready. We were thrilled to reconnect with many of our existing customers while also building lots of new relationships. The personal exchanges about current challenges in service management – from scheduling and spare parts management to IoT data integration – clearly showed the strong interest in digital solutions for elevator companies.

Booth Highlight: Our AI Office Assistant “Hi Karen”

A true crowd favorite was our new AI office assistant “Hi Karen.” Visitors were able to make live test calls at our booth and experience firsthand how easy communication with Mainteny’s AI can be.

“Hi Karen” supports service teams with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and organization, bringing greater efficiency to the everyday office operations of elevator companies. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive: the AI clearly demonstrated how practical and intuitive smart assistance solutions already are today.

Together Toward a Connected Future

Beyond inspiring conversations and exciting encounters, the fair confirmed that digital service management has truly arrived in the elevator industry. With our IoT integration and “Hi Karen,” we’re taking another big step toward a fully connected elevator service – simple, transparent, and efficient.
