Yes, it's very easy in our configurator. You have a selection of different elements at your disposal, such as multiple choice, checkboxes or text fields.
Absolutely. The PDF is automatically generated upon completion and can be printed in full or conveniently sent via email from Mainteny. All within seconds of order completion.
It's very easy using the Mainteny app. You can assign the checklist to a job in advance, or the technician can select one from the templates. Filling it out is self-explanatory, and it can be signed digitally at the end.
That's entirely up to you and there's no limit. We have customers with checklists containing over 150 questions. Your technicians will be delighted :)
